1. General & Company Profile

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trader?

A: We are a certified manufacturer with over 17 years of experience. We control the entire production process from R&D to quality inspection, ensuring stable supply and competitive pricing.

 

Q: Where is your factory located?

A: We have two factories. Our main production base is located in No.7th, Ruquan Avenue, Huaiyuan Industrial Park, Bengbu City, Anhui Province, China, with advanced facilities dedicated to the synthesis and purification of cooling agents and flavors.

2. Products & Specifications

Q: What is the purity of your WS-23 / WS-3?

A: Our standard purity for WS-23 and WS-3 is ≥99.5% (GC). We provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with each batch, detailing purity, heavy metal content and arsenic content.

 

Q: Can you customize products or develop new formulas?

A: Yes, we provide free samples for quality evaluation.

 

Q: Do you provide samples?

A: Absolutely. Our R&D team specializes in customization. Please contact us with your technical requirements (application, target concentration, etc.).

3. Ordering, Shipping & Logistics

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: We can accept any quantities for trial order to start our cooperation.

 

Q: How do you handle shipping and export documents?

A: We have extensive experience in global logistics. We handle all export procedures and provide complete documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, COA, and MSDS. We can ship via air or sea based on your needs.

 

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: For new clients, our standard terms are 100% T/T in advance.

 

Q: What is your leading time?

A: We can dispatch the goods within 2 working days after we confirm your payment.

4. Certification, Quality & Safety

Q: Are your products certified?

A: Yes. Our facility and products are certified to meet international standards, including but not limited to: ISO 22000, ISO9001, ISO14001, FSSC 22000, Reach, Halal, and Kosher. Specific certifications are available upon request.

 

Q: Where can I find the MSDS and COA
